In agreeing to purchase a commission or design from me, you are subject to these terms and acknowledged you have read and accepted them.

★ Unless stated prior to the purchase transactions, you may not use any commissions or designs from me for commercial use.★ Refund period is up until after the sketch phase. Once I have begun the lineart on your commission, you may not request a refund. This "limbo" period is typically a few weeks or less depending on my workload and queue.★ Credit my artwork and designs wherever they are used.★ Personal art does not bump up the monetary value of a design by me, only commissioned art. You may not sell a design with added personal art unless under specific circumstances that have been previously agreed upon.★ When uploading designs by myself and collaboration artists (i.e. ghostsvn, etc), you must credit me in addition to my collaboration artist!

I have a fully open communication basis. If you have any concerns or questions or would like to discuss edits, you may do so up to 1 year after the transaction has taken place and been finished.Failure to comply by any of these rules will result in a strike and blacklist addendum.
